Health and Safety

health and safetyA good Health & Safety record is everyone’s business. Employing qualified workers, aware of all the basic Health & Safety issues on site, helps to reduce accidents, has a positive effect on the business’ profitability, and reduces down time.

Both Employees and Operatives are trained to an exceptionally high standard and undergo a framework of training and career development aimed at all levels of the workforce including Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) for our front line supervisors.

Working closely with the Construction Industry Training Board and many other industry recognised training organisations our operatives have the knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure the job gets completed on time, to specification and in a competent, safe and qualified manner.
